Three families of trip we run most often. Each has its own rhythm — different hotels, different pace, different vehicles.
Vaishno Devi from Amritsar, Golden Temple + Wagah in a day, the 4-Devi circuit from Chandigarh, Char Dham logistics from Haridwar. We plan for elderly travellers by default — slower pace, hotels near temples, wheelchair support where possible, priority darshan bookings.
Amritsar or Jammu pickup, helicopter or foot ascent, Ardhkuwari darshan.
Morning darshan, Jallianwala Bagh, Wagah retreat ceremony evening.
From Chandigarh — Mansa Devi, Chintpurni, Jwala Ji, Naina Devi.
Trips for 12 to 60 travellers. Tempo Travellers (12/17-seat) up to full 45-seat coaches. We handle group bookings at hotels that actually have the room count, meal arrangements that work for a mixed group, and the small logistics — bus parking, medical points, one lead driver on radio with the coach.
Kasauli, Manali, Dharamshala. Meeting rooms, adventure activities, bonfire nights.
Himachal circuits with permits, tutor rooms, per-student pricing.
Multi-generation groups. Slower pace, adjoining rooms, elderly-friendly hotels.
Manali, Shimla, Srinagar, Gulmarg. Boutique properties, valley-facing rooms, candlelit dinner arrangements, sedan or Innova with a discreet driver. We block hotels that don't take group bookings — smaller, quieter, with actual views. Package it with a couple's spa day or a private shikara on the Dal.
Old Manali cottage stay, Solang Valley, hot springs at Manikaran.
Deluxe houseboat on Dal, Gulmarg gondola, Pahalgam meadows.
Colonial hotel on the Ridge, Chail, Naldehra golf course.
A theme tour is organised by purpose rather than destination. Instead of picking a place first, you pick the reason — pilgrimage, family group, honeymoon — and the itinerary, hotels, vehicle and pace are chosen to fit that reason.
Yes — they are designed for it by default. Slower pace, hotels within walking distance of temples, wheelchair support where the temple allows it, priority darshan bookings where available, and palki/pony arrangements for Vaishno Devi.
Yes. We book Katra–Sanjichhat helicopter tickets subject to IRCTC/Shrine Board availability. Bookings open in a rolling window — usually we can secure a slot with 15–30 days' notice.
Groups from 12 to 60. Below 12, we use SUVs or a single Tempo Traveller. From 12–26 we use larger Tempo Travellers. Above 26 we use 30–45 seat coaches and coordinate meal stops, meeting rooms and adventure activities in advance.
Yes. All honeymoon packages come with a private car and driver end-to-end (not shared cabs), valley-facing or premium rooms where the property offers them, and optional add-ons like candlelit dinner arrangements, in-room decoration on arrival, and private shikara rides on the Dal.
Tell us where and when. We'll come back with a costed itinerary and hotel options within a working day.
