Amritsar Airport Cab was started in Amritsar to solve a small problem: travellers arriving in Punjab kept getting handed off between agents. We do the whole trip ourselves — the car, the driver, the hotel, the person on WhatsApp when your flight is delayed at midnight.

Which regions do you cover for tours?

We operate across North India — Punjab (Amritsar, Golden Temple, Wagah), Himachal Pradesh (Shimla, Manali, Dharamshala, Dalhousie, Spiti), Jammu & Kashmir (Katra/Vaishno Devi, Srinagar, Gulmarg, Pahalgam), and Ladakh (Leh, Nubra, Pangong). Most trips start in Amritsar, Chandigarh or Delhi.

Do you provide airport pickup from Amritsar?

Yes. We provide 24/7 airport transfers from Sri Guru Ram Dass Jee International Airport (ATQ) in sedans, SUVs and tempo travellers. Flight monitoring is included — if your flight is delayed, the car waits.

Can I customise a tour itinerary?

Every itinerary is a starting point. We adjust the number of days, pace, hotel category, and interests (photography, honeymoon, pilgrimage, adventure). Share your dates and group size and we return a proposal within a working day.

What is included in a typical tour package?

Packages typically include hotel accommodation on a twin-sharing basis, private vehicle with driver, fuel and tolls, airport or station transfers, and daily assistance on WhatsApp. Meals and sightseeing entry fees are quoted per itinerary — we mention exactly what's in and what's out before you book.

How do I book, and what's the payment schedule?

Book by phone, WhatsApp or the contact form. A 25% advance confirms the booking; balance is due before check-in of the first hotel. We accept UPI, bank transfer and cards.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations more than 21 days before travel: full refund minus 5% processing. 21–8 days: 25% deduction. 7 days or fewer: 50% deduction. No-show or in-trip cancellations are not refunded. Hotel-specific policies may vary and are shared before booking.
